Installing Game on 3DS/2DS. After transfer is complete, put SD Card back on the 3DS/2DS and boot the FBI app. Installing a single game. In FBI app go to SD CIA; Select game file with A and choose INSTALL to install the game and keep the original CIA file, otherwise select INSTALL AND DELETE to install the game and delete the CIA file. SD card reader (preferred), or a way to use wireless file transfer; Installing Checkpoint. Download Checkpoint from the link above. For cia installation, transfer the cia file to the SD card and install it with a cia installer such as FBI. For Rosalina-based Homebrew Launcher, transfer the 3dsx file to /3ds/ on the SD card.

- -Get latest release of Decrypt9WIP (https://github.com/d0k3/Decrypt9WIP/releases/latest)
- -Place the .3ds files in the files9 folder in sd root(create it if it doesnt exist)
- -You may want to clean the files9 folder since files native firms and other dumped software will be also converted to CIA
- -For converting you need 2 times the size of the 3ds files as free space since when converter you will have the original(3ds) and the converted file (cia)
- -Have Aeskeydb.bin in the files9 folder(Get it from plailects guide, i wont link it)
- A9lh Luma
- 1-Unzip Decrypt9WIP.bin from the decrypt9 zip to the /luma/payloads/ folder on your SD card and rename Decrypt9WIP.bin to x_Decrypt9WIP.bin
- 1-unzip the Decrypt9WIP folder to your 3ds folder in your sd root
- 2-Boot to homebrew launcher on sysnand and select decryp9wip(this can take a lot of tries)
- Converting (a9lh/non a9lh users)
- 3-Once on Decrypt9WIP Select content decryptor options->CIA Builder options-> Build cia from NCCH/NCSD
- 4-Decrypt9wip will convert all the 3ds files to cia (This can take some time)
- 5-Now the files are ready to be installed with a cia installer like FBI
